Turned in tags
« on: August 31, 2022, 10:05:07 AM »
Has anyone been called or emailed about getting a turned in tag not including multiseason? I sure heard a lot of people turning them in but havent heard of any being reissued so if you got one post it down below. Maybe they just burn them...

There's a Nile cow tag out there for someone.

Multiple reasons.  Because I could.  Scheduling conflicts.  Travel costs.  Too many to list.   Hope to be successful in a GMU where I can take any elk in that season.

People be like, "wow any elk, that must be a lot of elk!"
The state be like, "managed for zero elk, not a quality experience."

I got a call 2 weeks ago and got a quality elk tag on the "next in line program", as they called it. I didnt turn it down, but wish i had the extra time to scout.

If it's an archery tag that wasn't much time to work with. Hope you capitalize despite the short notice.
