Multi-Deer going to a 4th drawing

I wish they would just make it over the counter first come first serve.

 That would make too much sense


 And thier greedy arsses less money

 

That can really be the only answer.  I mean if they're having that much trouble selling them once they are drawn, I don't think it would be too out of line to sell them OTC first come first served...
