Anyone have any experience up in Tatoosh for modern blacktail? I have a very small window this year and couldn't do High buck as planned so I am trying to get together a back countryish blacktail hunt. I am really torn between Tatoosh, and just south of the enchantments (stuart range) for a weekend hunt/hike. Any input is welcome, good luck everyone!

Seen 3 does up there a couple of months ago hiking right off the switchbacks. Didn't make it all the way up but have to imagine there's some bucks getting ready to come and find them. Good luck!

Hunted it years ago. Had hiked up to the top and seen several nice Bucks before the season started opening morning headed up in the dark to get there at first light and ran into several people who were already camped up there. Needless to say the deer were long gone and only heard one shot all day.
