Cute Whitetail mount by Charlies Taxidermy

I like this little guy, his right horn pedicle grew back on his head and is about an inch farther back than the left side. Made a nice mount.

I've noticed how everyone likes to comment on the really big antlered mounts and how great they look.  When someone posts a small deer with the same degree of work hardly anyone replies?  Is that because we are looking at the horns and not the mount?

Nice work Charlie.

Charlie you do great work! I like looking at the detail and expression on the mount itself. Big antlers are ok too!

The pecicle I take it? Not really, I will get 1 maybee 2 a year that have that pedicle problem. I kind of dislike those because people not knowing will look at a mount and think you mounted the antlers crooked.

So, Charlie, is this the "retarded" deer?????   :chuckle: :chuckle: :chuckle: :chuckle: :chuckle: :chuckle:
By my honorable conduct as a hunter let me give a good example and teach new hunters principles of honor, so that each new generation can show respect for their god, other hunters and the animals, and enjoy the dignity of the hunt.

Calling an illegal alien an 'undocumented immigrant' is like calling a drug dealer an 'unlicensed pharmacist'.
