Michlitch Spices
« on: October 17, 2022, 10:02:17 AM »
I've watched most of the Harrod Outdoors Youtube videos over the years and they always push the Michlitch spices and rubs, which must be a sponsor of their program. I've never tried their spices, does anyone here use their stuff and how do you like it?

Thanks,
Cliff

Used them for 30+ years. Nothing but good things to say. Most of their seasoning flavors can be purchased in small bags for 5 lbs of meat, so you can sample multiple flavors bedore buying a bunch.

I was plant manager for a wholesale meat co. in Yakima and did the purchasing also. Miclitch in Spokane is where I got all my spices for sausage. GREAT stuff..

They have always been top notch in my opinion. They also carry hard to find woods for smoking.

Used quite a bit of their mixes.  All were good.  If I'm coming through Spokane, I stop if they're open.  They are super nice people.

I used a lot of the Rebel (I add a little more red pepper flakes and a little maple syrup) the Yankee and Sulley’s blend. Those are really solid choices. They have a sweet Italian (not the hot) that was real good too.
