The yankee mix is the best breakfast mix I have tried. It’s a great place for sure.

I was just told about these spices today by a coworker and he swears by them. I'll be buying some soon!

Michlitch/Spokane spice has been around for at least 20 or more years I can’t believe it’s not been brought up before.
$5 is a lot of money if you ain't got it

Best German sausage spice mix based on a community recipe from a small eastern Washington town. Delicious!

Their Landjaeger is awesome.  First time in there this spring on the way back from a Cali pig hunt.  Olfactory sensory overload when you go in there.  Great ladies at the counter, answer any and all questions.  We were tired of stuffing the small pepperoni casing, too time consuming, used the 30mm casing instead.  Great place, stop in if you are in the area, its an experience.

If I remember right I think my sipping was pretty spendy too.

If you knew somebody in Spokane that would pick it up and then do a flat rate mail.

 :yeah:

They are just on a block in town where not many people would pass by them so they don't seem to get enough attention. They're right down from the Sprague "meet" market where the working girls walk. Also Sonnenbergs deli is nearby...    :chuckle:

i just mixed up the jalapeno breakfast blend with 7lbs deer and 3lbs pork, curious to see how it tastes, smelled amazing, i made it into just bulk sausage so i can make patties or use it as ground sausage for biscuits and gravy.
