They used to sell the Speedo ducks. Used a speedomter cable attached to a reel and would spin the wings. I know Notty Duck has a setup with a reel to spin the wings or you can opt for the pull string version. Whiplash also makes ones. Those are the main two that are around today. Paul Sullivan used to make the Aero pull string ones which I also have, but I don't believe he is making those any more. If you have some machining talent or have a buddy that can, you can make a setup. Just need a spool, wheel, pulley, etc. mounted to the duck shell with some line ran to a reel. The ticket is keeping the line fairly tight and utilizing a bait caster reel to spin the wings. I have made a few different versions over the years, but after they broke or wore out, I just went and purchased commercialized one. Whipsplash is what I currently run.
