Age this BT buck
« on: October 31, 2022, 10:57:37 AM »
I’m trying to determine if an area I’m hunting has bad genetics. I’ve gotten pics of older bucks that are fork horn. I’ve seen younger bucks in the area (in person) that were fork horn.

What day you guys on this buck?

Under or over 3.5 years old??

For a bt to have that much body mass he is mature (3.5plus) hard to say exactly from a pic like that but he doesn’t appear to be super old/past prime

3.5 -4.5. I don’t see him being any older than that. He just doesn’t have the carcass of a good mature buck. Imo
