Una brow(tine)
« on: November 02, 2022, 02:16:51 PM »
I took the Mrs out this morning to try to find the big buck I photod last night to show her and to get some better photos (light) I might not have posted him yet.  Sorry.   Anyhow, didn’t see him, but filmed this guy.  Kinda of a cool young buck.

Tall and skinny is really close to wide or square for me........heck they're all cool.  :chuckle:  Nice Pic.

Is that a weed (throat patch mark) or a wound?

“My eyes are down here”. Lol

I hadn’t even noticed.  Looks like a patch of normal hair on his throat patch.  No idea.

Thank you

Thank you Kellama.  Sitting here waiting for daylight to hopefully bring you some more.   Supposed to be a big storm tonight/tomorrow so maybe they will be moving.

Nice capture.  Any idea what ever happened to Groucho?

That’s where I am at today.  I’m sure he went to sleep one cold winter night curled up in a ball.  But we will see.

Good luck in Groucho's area, maybe you'll recognize his sons. This buck in the photo...mass & height!! Spectacular.

That is just a pretty buck, the markings on his face and the high and tight antlers with the mass.  Thanks for sharing!

I actually think I seen him today.   I was laughing at your Muley/whitetail post because him and several of his buddies act just like whitetails.  Run and sneak the same, hell two of them almost look whitie, but are our pure Muley.   Anyhow I caught the ass end of an old buck slipping into the olives, recessed antlers, very Grey old deer.   My eyes weren’t fast enough.  He was out in the open but sprinted and    He went into a hole I have watched Groucho go in three or four times throughout the years smack in the middle of his core area.   Cagey
