Thank you guys, I appreciate it.

I spotted him bedded at 500 yards.  I closed to within 20, then backed off to about 30.  I stood there forever waiting for him to get up.  I was starting to eyeball rocks to throw at him, lol.   He finally got up stretched and did his thing.  He was in love with a flop eared doe. She was the one I thought was going to blow it for me.  Thankfully she was ugly and had didn’t want to leave her handsome buck.  I took 500 photos of this guy so You might see some more of him.

Great photo Bone! Like all of them.
Thank you for sharing them.
It's quite possibly the best part of Hunt Wa.

Yes, think that might be my new favorite Bone pic!

Lots of pics of giant bucks out there, but can't recall one from under the buck!  Particularly with that focus and color, etc.  Amazing pic.

Already stated this by others in this post. But i try to open every uploaded deer pic you post,  there are lots of “holy….look at that buck”. But this picture is hands down my favorite picture you have every posted. Absolutely incredible.

It looks like he was 10 feet from you when you took the shot. Is he eyeballing you while lip curling? Amazing picture!

Also very brave. The buck could have lowered his head and gored him.

One of the coolest shots I’ve seen! Amazing. And loved reading about “the hunt!”

Yep, one of your best ever.

I usually like your shots when there is some cloud cover, but this one with the sun shining off his coat and antlers is special. bright blue sky. The look on his face and the rock wall in the background are great too.
