E-Bikes In Idaho

Wardens told us that there have been a lot of tickets written this year:

With hunting season now in full swing, conservation officers in Southwest Idaho and in other parts of Idaho are noticing a trend of hunters running afoul of motor vehicle use restrictions on public lands. In a number of cases, hunters have been using e-bikes and making an incorrect assumption that motorized vehicle restrictions do not apply to them.
Americans are systematically advocating, legislating, and voting away each others rights. Support all user groups & quit losing opportunity!

These things are terrible mixing in with horses and hikers.  I hate that they have to write tickets but we need to get them out of the backcountry.  Backcountry Horseman of America had a webinar on it a couple weeks ago.  No way I want to come around a corner with a string and run into one doing 25mph.

Same exact sign at trail heads in Central Idaho but the ebike guys go right past them. Its not just ebikes though. Motorcycle guys go past the signs as well and ride all the ridges. It definately sucks when I walk 7 miles in and have motorcycles riding a ridge with me
The mountains are calling and I must go

25 mph ??? Hahah that’s some funny chit right there especially in the “ backcountry “ and YES horses leave way more of a impact on the trails then 100 ebikes .if it’s unlawful then I will follow the law but if I’m  legally able to ride in then I will
