247 Permit Holder Here
« on: November 10, 2022, 03:14:49 PM »
I am a 247 permit holder and heading north tomorrow (Friday) morning to start the quest. I spent many days during the summer getting familiar with the roads and public land. I have looked at as many webcams as I can find to get an idea of what kind of snow is laying in the area, unfortunately there aren't a lot in mountains.
Just checking to see if anyone has any last minute tips and what the current snow conditions are?
Thanks

Havent been in the unit lately but reports from buddys say Starting to thaw when sun comes out and refreeze at night, creates slick spots . Foot plus up higher. Anything lower that is dirt gets slimy when thaw.
