So let me get this straight, the animal loving liberals that live in Cities get to vote to have Wolves that don't effect them, then if a Wolf kills a ranchers cow, the State has to use tax payer dollars to pay for the cow that was killed by the wolf voted in by the liberals. Sounds perfect......
