Any help with a location to hunt in 407 or 437.
« on: November 25, 2022, 05:44:37 PM »
Hey guys. Looking for some help with a location to go in 407 or 437. I can't handle eating another tag and could really use some help. 10 years ago I never would of thought about saying this but I'm to the point that I almost want to give hunting up. And I don't want to let all the screw balls out there that have almost ruined for to win. I just need a tip on where to go. Thanks.

Its been years since I have lived up there, but there is plenty of state land around Lake Cavanaugh, I have hunted that area and have seen plenty of bucks killed around there. But there is plenty of land in Unit 437 that is state or other public land that can be hunted. Just look over some maps, find a road or locked gate and walk in and check it out. There is some spots in 407 that are public land the farther North you go.... all of them hold deer, its just finding the right spot at the right time.
