New to Grouse hunting. And I’ve been finding a few in the same places. Quick question. Does snow push them down. Or do the just adjust to the elements as they come

snow will not push low land ruffed grouse around very much. I've shot plenty with 5 inches of snow on the ground in the same places I shoot them in september. They may move very locally to find more available feed, but in my experience not very far.
