Alta late muzzleloader
«
on:
November 30, 2022, 10:12:19 AM »
Hard work pays off! Three weeks ago I received an email from Wdfw that I was next in line for An Alta unit muzzleloader mule deer tag. I was reluctant to accept it on short notice but my family changed our thanksgiving plans so I could go. This was a hard hunt in rough conditions. I passed up several bucks in the 3 days we hunted but I was able to tag the biggest buck I seen. I’ll cherish the memories of this hunt forever.

Great buck but no doubt greater memories! Awesome you could make the adjustments to be able to go and then to shoot a nice big animal is fantastic. Hope those pics end up near the mount!

Nice one. The good snowfall pushed some great bucks down as long as you were able to get to them. You almost needed a snow machine this season.
