Isn’t this owned by another hw member?? Nice place. We always see lots of deer and turkey around the property.

I don't think he's a hunt wa member. Know the place quite well. Good spot but kinda surrounded by very private property.

The seller got to know the neighbors and actually was allowed to hunt there. It is only 3 miles to lots of state and timber land. FYI... The seller has plans to move to Tennessee is why he is selling.

How big is the apartment?

Does it take up the entire interior of the 30x40 space or is there some usable open shop space inside?

About 3/4 is in apartment. Of course you could re-configure just about any way you wanted. I have a couple people wanting to come look so I'll measure next time I'm there. Thanks
