Centralia Fur and Hide used to.  Haven't used them in a while though.

Bear Paw Taxidermy in Washougal. Suzanna is a young taxidermist and just started tanning her own hides.

Like most these days they do not do in house tanning.

That said I can't stress enough things have changed a lot with this outfit and I would stay clear. High likelyhood you won't get hides back. Very bad experiences with them. They are a very bad operation these days. We were not given several bear hides back, never recieved several bear skulls, they gave us some other skulls too from different bears in which they were unsure if they were ours or not in which they looked terrible dripping glue all over skull and looked gross, not cleaned well with broken nasel cavity. They overcharged us on our contracts and caused all kinds of issues. Kept loosing payments when we had our records to show . And when lost our hides they offered us to dig through the bin of client hides to take of our likings and still pay as if we were getting our own. Not going to happen and that would leave another client screwed in not getting their hides back. They also said they couldn't skin out a skull off a bear hide that they were not trained to do so. Office and other part of the company was just horrible.
Maturity is when you have the power to destroy someone who did you wrong but instead you breathe, walk away, and let life take care of them.

It’s not local, but I’ve had great luck mailing the off to these guys in Minnesota:
https://clpuber.com/tanning

It takes a while but always get them back. Usually fit a deer hide in a standard $20 flat rate large shipping box to them. The cost of shipping is offset by the savings in their tanning rates.
