i heard that lone frank pass got its name from a guy that hung himself? if anybody knows if this is true or knows the story my dad and i would really like to know.  :dunno:

Yes indeed, in 1936 two people were riding towards the tungsten mine to pick up a group of hunters when they discovered the body of a 65 year old loomis trapper named Frank Arnold hanging from a tree. Never determined if it was suicide or foul play.
