Survivor's

Anyone have their eye on a 2023 deer.
This guy made it through the season. Be watching him for next year. I've harvested from his genetics over the years and he has potential for 140-150 class..

Beautiful Blacky!
Only 2 defining forces sacrificed themselves for you:
The American Soldier and Jesus Christ. One died for your freedom, the other for your soul.

My rock,
He trains my hands for war and my fingers for battle.

Those are the kinds of bucks that we love to hunt.  Nice work there.  I understand the comment: "...have harvested from his genetics before.."

Waiting for the significant others from this county to comment.

Pretty sure this guy made it.  This was the last look I had at him, last day of archery.  He was spotted, still alive on the last day of rifle season, on a ranch about 4 miles to the south.  We don't have any seasons here after that, so I am guessing he's still out there...
Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes.  That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

This guy was on the hit list this year after catching him on cam in October on my place.  I never could catch him.
I got a decent buck, the next best, but this boy lived on. pic from 12/19/22

Next year!
