Maybe try spraying the choke tube with a penetrating oil, put your choke tube wrench in attach a pair of vise grips to the wrench and give the vise grip a good couple thumps from a hammer to break it free?

Anti-seize, the silver stuff, has worked for me for years.
Agree with Kroil from the breech so it works the threads, then heat gun IN MODERATION.

I’ve had this happen, ended up cutting a beer can in half, filled it half way with kroil, put the gun upside down in the beer can and left it for a few days. Choke came right out. You could probably use a soda can but I don’t recommend it!

So you might have luck getting it out with the penetrating oil.  I've never had this work for me on the last two stuck tubes.

I sent it to two local gunsmiths who could not pull it out.

Send it to Briley https://www.briley.com/ and ask for Jake.  You can just mail the barrel and in a week or so have it back.  They can machine it out which he had to do with both chokes of mine.

It took me two years of trying different stuff before i finally sent it in.  With i had done it right out of the gate.

I soaked a barrel for a day and needed to use a re.oval tool that had a cam lobe on it. Found it at Tacoma Scree.

Freeze the barrel, then heat the outside while trying to turn it (after soaking in breakfree).
Second this, but would use Kroil. Seems to penetrate quicker

After soaking for a couple of days in kroil, put it in a heated ultrasonic cleaner for a few cycles. If its a early Benelli with plated tubes it will probably need to be machined out

Internal nipple extractor, I like it! Would have never thought of that.

Recently read somewhere else where an extractor with a 1/2” impact does the trick after a soak in penetrating oil.

That said, I’ve got a browning maxus that is a permanent modified.

I have helped a few get stuck chokes out.  Use Kroil oil and soak.  I think I did it for a week and used an extractor.  Make sure barrel is secure, so you don't twit it or twist the rib.  If it won't come out, I used a heat gun on the choke and just was careful not to burn the coating.
Cut em!
It's not the shells!  It's the shooter!
