What if you possess wildlife found "barely alive" at the time of finding? I'm not familiar with a law on that one! But seriously you should take that house cat and put it in a box and maybe inform the owners it was hit by a car. Don't do anything illegal.  :chuckle:

I shoot napping bobcats on the side of the road who are off the maintained  portion. Perfectly legal when in season with a license.
If I need a permit and education to buy a firearm than women should need a permit and education  before getting an abortion.
