Big Bull Moose in the NE WA
« on: May 26, 2009, 08:18:03 PM »
Saw a big bull moose this weekend turkey hunting up in the NE corner of the state, looked really healthy and had a great coat on him, and nice big knobs of velvet about a foot out from each side of his head..anyways, most of the other moose I have seen in the state have looked kinda rough but this guy seemed super healthy, going to be a great trophy for someone! Just thought i'd give a small report...

Pics?

He was gone just about as quick as he showed up, girlfriend tried to get the camera in time but no luck...thought about maybe trying to stalk him to get some pictures but it was 85+ outside and didnt think it was to smart if we got him running in that kind of heat..
