Probably won’t be long until there’s a few in there calling it home. I’m always aware when I’m in there .

Had 1 pic a few years ago of a bear that might of been questionable. Probably a blackie tho. Seeing the hump makes you wonder , but could be the way it’s walking
it's a bobcat

I would have to see different angles of that bear for it to be definitive.   Not sure it is a grizzly but very well could be.  Would love to see its face, frontal and profile.  Cool pics regardless and beautiful country.

Well I went and picked this camera up today since the snow finally melted enough to get up there. 24 pictures since I checked the camera the end of January and 17 of them are wolves. Going to tell the biologist on Monday that she was absolutely correct In betting that the wolves showing up Feb-March. I counted 5 elk carcasses that were fresh between January and now. Probably more up the road.

Also picked up another cam lower down last week. No wolves on that one.. I’ll post some pics when I head to town for groceries.

I have yet to get any pics of wolves.
I've seen a few with my little eye.
I too had a cam I left all winter.
Deer,elk,all that till January,then nothing but coyotes till April.
Think deep snow was a factor at my site.
And the cam was still taking pics.
That was crazy part,but very little activity for the deep snow months caused the cam to last all winter.

Maybe I'll get some pics on my last cam.
Tried to recover on Sunday,still too much snow.
It could of died ,who knows.

Chances are either the same one or another. Apparently there’s multiple black wolves out here in different packs!
