Had a blast hunting hogs with North Texas Outfitters in Dec. 2018:

https://www.northtexasoutfitters.com/

Tons of pigs, and they'll give you just about any sort of hunting experience you're looking for (sitting a feeder, hounds, waiting a field edge, thermal....only thing I don't they do is helicopters).

Great young outfitter and solid guides.

Heli hunters was on the other day, said they got 150 in a day. Gf said that looks like fun. Goggled it up and it was $18k. Cheese n rice I thought they were invasive and wanted em eradicated but not many can afford that. I’d definitely do a night thermal hunt.

Yeah, if you want volume with these guys...the outfitter said to book dates in Feb and March and hunt the winter wheat fields with thermal. Stacking up 20+ pigs a night is not uncommon, with some BIG porkers taken. Those dates are booked more than a year in advance usually though.

I was with the outfitter on a three-day duck hunt and the pig shoot in the evening was a bonus...and tons of fun. Three other hunters in the group took big boars that night with thermal scopes.

I flew into Dallas and drove to the outfit from there. About an hour drive north of Dallas. They hunt both sides of the Red River, TX and OK. Their main camp is near Waurika, OK, just over the border.
