Any Experience With Tidewe External Frame Pack?
« on: January 25, 2023, 10:31:31 AM »
So I'm looking for an external frame pack that won't break the bank. I'm looking at this two ways.

1: Tidewe has limited but decent to good reviews. It's cheap, it will do the job, and that's what you need.

2: Do it once, do it right. Suck up and pay for a nice frame and pack.

So, does anyone have experience with this brand in specific? How does it hold up? Comfortable or no? Compared to other packs, how is it?

Thanks guys!

It's Amazon, buy it, see if it's built decently and if not send it back.

Some of the Chinese stuff can be a pretty good value, my son has a down bag and inflatable pad that are great.  We both have the Chinese inflatable pillows.  We tried a Chinese stove and that didn't go well.

I'm a buy once cry once kinda guy now.  Saves you $ in the long run.  I've wore cheap packs in the past before purchasing a good pack and wondered why I didn't do it sooner.
