Hey All,
I recently have been speaking with this gentleman about my mandate case. Yesterday he informed me he is fighting for our gun rights and needs plantiffs in Stevens County. I had him send me the following to post on here. This lawyer is a veteran who is passionate and a true patriot. He needs our support.
Here is his messsage....
I am an attorney seeking to protect the right of Washington citizens to bear arms.
The nonprofit I work for, Silent Majority Foundation is looking to bring a challenge to the impending prohibitions on “ghost guns” and “unfinished frames and receivers” which go into effect on March 11, 2023.
Brief Summary of Bill:
Restricts the manufacture, assembly, sale, transfer, purchase, possession, transport, and receipt of untraceable firearms.
Restricts the sale, transfer, purchase, possession, transport, and receipt of unfinished frames and receivers.
To that end, I wanted to see whether you would be interested in serving as a plaintiff for our lawsuit, which we are hoping to bring in Stevens County. I have prepared a motion to proceed under pseudonym, so that you would only be reflected in court documents as “John Doe,” or “John Doe #X” if we get multiple individuals interested in serving as plaintiffs. SMF will also be a named plaintiff, asserting rights on behalf of members, donors, and other similarly-situated individuals, but our lawsuit would be strengthened with the inclusion of individuals.
I am a Marine Corps veteran, and passionate about protecting constitutional rights here in Washington. If you would like to know more about me and why I am passionate about this challenge, please visit my website:

If you are interested, please either respond to this email or call me at one of the below phone numbers. You would not need to pay anything or attend hearings. I, and SMF, are not seeking anything from you, other than your participation in this lawsuit to strengthen our standing to bring the challenge in Stevens County, as Washington State will seek to dismiss the lawsuit if we simply assert organizational standing, stating that SMF will not suffer any harm, or seek to remove the action to Thurston County, where the Bill originated.
Best,
