Pizza.
Thought we’d give it a shot. Not bad. Dana and I both said, we wouldn’t do it again. On a scale to one to 10. It was a six. Now we know, back to making dough :tup:

I love wood fired pizza! But you really must be into it for the cost of that thing. I don’t think I could ever eat that much wood fired pizza at the restaurant to recoup that cost.

I love wood fired pizza! But you really must be into it for the cost of that thing. I don’t think I could ever eat that much wood fired pizza at the restaurant to recoup that cost.

Ya, I don'y know that the ROI pencils out, but we plan to use it for a lot more than pizza. Now I need to track down some good wood.

Well done.  Congrats making homemade pizza!  And yes those wood fired ovens are the best way to go in my opinion.  Mine is an Ooni and it takes 90 seconds to cook a pizza.  Once one goes wood fired you have a hard time going back!
