I saw a hawk take a rabbit during deer season this year and oh mammy the rabbit was making some noise.

It's pretty cool stuff to watch.

On Saturday I saw a golden eagle eating a goose. A couple of weeks before that there were several across the way from this spot getting their dinner on as well. Too bad I have no photos. My excuse is that it's always raining so I cannot take photos.

GET IN MY BELLY

That cracked me up as well.  Guys at work keep looking over my shoulder to see why I am laughing.  This board has had some good one liners today!

I was elk hunting and got saw sweet revenge against a pesky squirrel....the squirrel had been behind me in a tree yelping at me for quite a bit...there i hear a SWOOSH! Squeek!....turn around....a hawk snapped up the little guy about 10 feet from me in this tree....and the squirrel let out its last little noise as it flew just barely over my head as I lay sitting...it was pretty cool to see.

Cool Saylean.  I had a falcon do something similiar up in the Pasayten.  Flew about 2 feet from my head at mach one.  Scared the bejeebers out of me.  He thought I was just another stump I assume.  Nailed a squirel and off he went.
