Are You in need of a Real Estate Broker?
« on: March 27, 2023, 11:13:45 PM »
I've been a member here on HuntWA for years and have never pursued business through this venue.
Figured I'd throw our business out there if any of you members are in need of a broker.
Wife and I have been in business for over 20 years, serving Pierce Co. and South King Co.
Vacant Land, Acreage, Farm, Residential, New Construction, Waterfront, View Properties.
You name it, we've probably done it.
If you google our name, you'll get a good feel about how we work and what we do.

We should team up. Ask the HuntWA guys and gals who've worked with me what they think about my mortgage professionalism, communication, and accuracy. https://www.facebook.com/JohnWallaceMortgage

Finally getting around to leaving a review.

Used him to sell our home, unbelievably helpful, easy to communicate with and quick response every time. Helped us figure out what we did and did not need to do to get our home market ready. We had a ton of offers first weekend while I was out of state starting our move and he handled things based on our previous discussions to keep thingsgoing until I got back and helped my wife and I figure out the best offer for us.

I absolutely hated to sell my house, it was one of the few things I liked about Washington, but he made the whole process as easy as possible and really made what I thought would be a stressful process smoothe. If you’re in his area I’d use him in a heartbeat and if you’re not close by I’d beg and plead for him to work with you anyway.

Thanks again Gentry for all the help! Very very pleased!
