Opening morning general season 2023, Payton notched her 2nd tag on this nice gobbler 10 minutes after shooting hours! Roosted them last night, snuck in super early this morning and set the decoys and set back in the tree line a few yards. Hens started to come alive with the light and a single walked into the decoys. Shortly after 2 more flew down into the decoys, and Mr. Tom was right behind. He flew into the spread and Payton made a perfect 22 yard shot!
