 I can give more blacktail consevation advice in one sentence. Quit allowing huge timber companies to nuke clearcuts and kill more lions. Fixed it.

When blacktail hunters walk into the woods they come out knowing there are a lot of deer in those woods. When mule deer hunters walk into the woods the realize there are no deer in Washington.
