I literally wait for this day every year , but every year it just keeps getting more rediculouse, for starters this freeeekn Williams lake and the over commercialized , over developed absolutely stupid thing they call klinks resort , when all it is , is a bunch of snobs that have imprisoned them selves in dwelling that makes them all feel special in some way , well until they look out there windows and can even see the freeekn lake cuz there's another idiot living in the way of any sight aside from there niebors stupidity for moving in there also , what a joke , call it what it is ,it's not a resort it's a retirement community , and as for fishing !!!! My god ! There's still 14 places there that have legal rights to pump there crap into the lake !!! And as for the fish !!!!!! O. M. G. !!! I reeled in a carryover , it was 24" ,some creation from a laboratory called a hatchery , I cooked it that afternoon , and I ended up with a fry pan full of a creepy liquid puke looking substance with bones in it !!! So proceeded to the counter of contempt and asked for a Snickers bar , at $2.50 , I told him to put it back for a starving parented child to pout over , never ever again , will I spend that much money to be told ,,,,Hey ! Get off my lawn !! O. M. G. !! , Then there's the supposedly 35 other lakes thatare evidently in a hours drive from my house , that no matter where you end up ,it's a free comedy show of fools trying to catch un eatible critters that dwell in these poisoned ponds , no matter where you end up on opening day , it takes talent to get your well thought out presentation to hit water instead of a dock , boat , or somebody's unattended brats , cuz it's so crowded by people who don't fish the rest of the year ,once they discover that camping n fishing is hard work , or just very inconvenient for them , and in two days they will be back on a couch drowning in Doritos and poison called pop , don't get me wrong here , I camp and fish right along with the the crowd. And not because I'm hungry for swill called lake trout ,iminit for the show ,never fails , but the dam price of theater seating keeps rising , so I'm close to giving it up till winter shows up then all I gotta do is deal with my brother ,who can't fish 75 miles of the Columbia with out reeling in .my freeeekn line with his !! , So I'm grabbing my mepps spinner set I got for my birthday , a pair of binoculars , my well documented paperwork that says I can be there , and see how many peoples lines I can reel in , so get out there folks !!! But bring a camera ,,,youl never remember it all , but leave the salt , pepper , n butter at home ,this crap isn't eatible any more I. M. O ??
