I've turkey hunted right near there the last two years. Neat property, lake, and great neighbors in a low traffic but accessible area. Certainly can attest to deer, bear and turkey in and around that area. Wish I had funds for a second place or was at a point in my life to move over there. GLWS.

It's a beautiful area. It has lots of turkey, cougar, bear, deer (would be more if people would shoot the cougars and bears), etc. On google maps, the house does not show, but the driveway to the scratched out homesite is visible. If anyone on HW buys it....let me know and we can share a beer one of these days.
