Did not know that ! Was told all nuisance animals must be euthanized on property regardless of species
The class I took said they'd look the other way if you would remove the animal and euthanize it elsewhere.
Operating in the grey area isn't my thing so I only do select jobs outside the city limits now.
Back in the day we had a lot more options. Not enough money in it around here to buy the CO2 equipment.
