The most impacted user group needs to have the biggest say and influence. Period. WSDOT has a rules board for aviation and public airfields. Could you imagine if it was staffed with non pilots who drove an agenda based on input from the entire state where most folks have no skin in the game? That is what this commission is doing.

I commented today and have a running email with Lumkuhl. I'm surprised he is emailing me back. He told me that he wished us hunters could give a pro and con argument for spring bear hunting. I told him that I have not heard any of the anti hunters give a pro argument
