Successful Snow Goose hunt

Well after forty some days of work I finally got a weekend off.  Friday morning I managed to sneek out and get a limit of snows out in Conway, once the birds started flying it didnt take long for them to find our decoy spread, we had 2 limits in a matter of minutes.  Cant hardly wait to get out again.  Heres some pictures.



Heres were the other place the birds were landing (private property, it was wheat they were eating)

Sure was a blast cant wait to get out again.  Cowboy and Hog well have to get out when hog gets into town.  James

Those deeks look a bit funny in the background of the photo.... But obviously they are working for you. What kind are they? From my computer screen they look like white rags draped over something. Maybe I just have bad eyesight though  :chuckle:

Ya, they are texas rags, just plastics bags on a stick really.  Those snows are pretty stupid.

I'd love to get a couple of those white birds. I called in for my "permission" now I just need to find them if I can ever get away from the hospital and the airports.
