Same tag we all tried to pull and we all put in individually. In total, I know of 5 non residents and 3 residents that didnt draw it, so must be a pretty hard tag to pull. This was our first year of applying there as we haven't pulled any tags down south for several years, so we decided to try something different since we already had Unit 6 tags.

I just need to stop donating money 😂 There are those that draw and those that don’t. Buddy that got it got a great elk tag last year, his first year as an Idaho resident 😝 Either way I’m stoked for him 🤙🏻
If you shoot the first one you will never get that true trophy.

Drew a unit 42 controlled deer tag basically all of November rifle tag. Any info on this unit would help. Was not ready for this!

You can add 2 more unsuccessful residents to your list 😂 me and my son both failed on that tag. It’s a tougher draw than it should be for that hunt. I think last time I looked draw odds were 1-2 percent for resident.
