Hanford reach sockeye fishery
« on: July 06, 2023, 03:43:32 PM »
As of July 6th 2023 today they just doubled the limit to 4 sockeye, but made it barbless hooks only.  :dunno: I'm not sure if I should be mad or glad. Sure won't be easy to land a sockeye on barbless with weights and dodgers. Better start pinching barbs folks!

Just edited to add the link.

Might have to switch to some big river or wide gap hooks to keep them pinned on.
Cut em!
It's not the shells!  It's the shooter!

They sent a update with barbs on.
Thank sweet baby Jesus. Mods you could delete if you want so misinformation doesn't get spread.  I was about to start crimping barbs
