Can you buy the idaho archery permit with a Washington archery tag as proof or do you have to have a course number?

Been probably 10 years or so, but I purchased it with a WA archery tag as proof.

I can’t find anything on the wedsite that says it was an archery specific tag. Not sure that I have a hard copy of any old ones.
