Really unfortunate. Hopefully in the near future we can start managing them as wildlife needs to be.  There was a female and 3 cubs down by Ulm just out of great falls in sub division a few weeks back and FWP just confirmed bears in the north hills around Helena which is only 7 or 8 miles from the capital building.  They are really expanding their range quickly.
