Same happened to me but eventually got back in. Go to purchase permits, then use search bar to find multi season, put in cart and purchase

No it's working now just got through. Each loading screen take a few minutes.

It finally let me purchase.  I went into “view all” for the hunting category and it showed up.  Then it tells you you have 5 days to return your reg deer tag if you bought one then took me to the purchase page.
