My wife is VERY allergic to dogs. we wanted one but just coudn't find anythign that she could be around. we found that she could be arounf my couzins Wiem. and even cudle and play with it. we ended up getting one of our own and had no problems. It eve nlived in the house with us.
Word of caution if you get a Wiem. be sure to research them first. These dogs need lots of human affection and attention. they will be with you every move you make!!! They will follow around every step and even to the bathroom. If you want a dog that wants to do everything for you these are the ones. they thrive on makeing the master happy.
