MA 4 east and 5/6 emerg rules
« on: August 28, 2023, 07:54:57 AM »
It really is special to see the cast of wingnuts make these rules up as they go... seems like non have EVER fished ocean from Sekiu or simply they dont give a crap for anglers. Someone local tribal kid could make a buck or two running fish back n forth from neah to sekiu with the newest emergency rules in place! Sad to see our wonderful state team at work, must be the same cast of characters that manage spring bear.... wonder how the sekiu charters are managing?
The "need for separation of 4 east is utter nonsense as well!

Boats were offloading in Neah and then going back to Sekiu.

There’s always a way.

what a PITA, boaters are guilty and cannot be trusted is how i read the new emergency rule... no big deal right? its only money out of boaters pockets to end around like this, not that its already 6$ a gallon to run from sekiu to the ocean and back.. wonder if this great new idea will translate to no transit thru closed areas inside for the future regs?

Yes, it is a PITA, but I never said it was no big deal.

Dont the regulations say “possess “?

Coho was great in MA 5 anyway, but hali were work. Obviously you have to get smart about Chinook.

It all about how bad you want it.
