Well here is the first Texas whitetail I have gotten to mount. Talk about short hair! This is mounted on a McKenzie wall pedestal. I changed out the head for a much better whitetail head. I really like how this mount turned out and may take it to the Oregon competition comming up in late June if my customer will let me  ;)

Hey BL, you maybe want to go to TX next year and shoot one?  I think you also want a coues dont you?  I will have to tell you about Mexico when you come up!

I have a couple Couse to mount from mexico, cant wait to get to those. 

Jon, they said all the stop rot capes went in the tan this week so it shouldnt be long man  ;)
