How many time have you been drawn for a permit?

Drawn one for a Toutle Bull tag. Had 9 points for that one. Was a fun hunt. I got my father his first bull elk. Was a good family hunt. 3 of got a tag. Good times.

38 years and one bull permit...ya, we should go to permit only so I would never hunt.

What?  It's only been 15 years since it went to spike only.  How is that possible?  I think someone is
