The Limhangerslayer family is definitely surpassing the 4% elk harvest odds. You guys are consistently taking down elk in spike only units. Well down! And congratulations to your daughter on her 3rd elk!
thanks, we do love to eat elk!  Grace said thank you also.  Good luck to everybody else who’s still hunting this year.

Filled my rimrock cow tag the first day of the cow season down in a hell hole, if hes reading this, i wanna give a huge shoutout to the fine feller and his wife and kid, who my old man and uncle ran into.  He guided them up the mountain to where i was.  Helped me finish the butcher job, hopped right in and carried a quarter out so we didnt have to come back.  His wife even insisted on carrying my rifle on the hike out.  You were a godsend man.  Also huge props to my 70 year old dad and my 60 year old uncle who both hopped in and packed meat, they did an awesome job themselves.

What an awesome story. Glad you got to have that hunt with your family and just as glad there were good people around to help and share the experience with too. Nice looking elk too!

I saw this post first and didn't get it.

After scrolling up, ^that's funny right there!^  :chuckle:
