Best Offer - 5 Utah Landowner Hunts
« on: June 05, 2009, 10:25:35 AM »
Update: Aug 13
A couple hunters fell through so I still have room for a few more hunters if anyone is interested. I will be gone a few days, meassage me and I will answer when I get back.

Original Message:
I have a great ranch that we have hunted 11 years in northern Utah, nearly 14,000 acres, fun mule deer hunting, we usually see lots of deer and kill 18"-24" bucks and some coyotes. We have also killed a few 24"-28" bucks. Several deer photos from the ranch are on this web page: http://bearpawoutfitters.com/utah_mule_deer_hunting.html

These are my regular prices:
4-Day CWMU Private Ranch Deer
Motel "Town Hunt"
Guide Ratio - Each
Semi-Guided $2550
Guided 3x1…$2750
Guided 2x1…$2950
For Camp Add $400

We have a ranch house next to the property where we can provide beds and meals.
Make me an offer on up to 5 hunts, I will consider any offer that covers my expenses.

Several people have asked why the cheap hunts. I have been in business since 1977, but I am only at 30% of regular sales. I am faced with giving up some very good hunting leases and losing some good guides, or trying to sell some of the hunts for what I can. I have chosen to try and save the leases and keep my guides even if it means I make nothing this year on some of the hunts.

I need to give my landowners confirmation ( holy****) tonight, Friday 5th if I want the lease or not. I was thinking today is THur, but it is Friday. I don't need any money yet, I just need a definite yes if someone wants the hunts.

BTW - I have been looking at NV because there is an outfitter preference program for tags and there is a 2 lion season for cats. Have not made a decision yet if I will get licensed there or not. My Utah ranch is only 6 miles from NE NV, so it would be handy.

not sure what you meant rasbo...this is straight south of Burley Idaho, just inside the Utah border and only a few miles from Nevada.
