Don't know why one pic didn't turn out. I'm thinking one is black and one is cinnamon. Maybe a lighting issue with the sun?

I say yes. Texture of hide and coloration seems different. You'll likely get more pics and know for sure.

2nd and 3rd pics......different angle and lighting aside...the mid section seems a lot thicker in the 2nd pic then the 3rd...

Yes, the first one looks to have a rubbed/thinner hide. Second one seems to be a bit bigger.
