The thing is we need people at every meeting, not just October and December. We haven't marketed December at all yet but that meeting seems concerning.  Things are going to get worse and we can't just show up at one meeting and call it quits. Membership? Bylaws? Mission?  Just keep hearing coalition but haven't gained an understanding of what or who it is.
